How do you change your plan and check the PS Plus Catalog games?

This Monday (13/6/2022), the new PS Plus arrives and other locations on the American continent. The Premium plan is not an option for us now, as we currently don’t have all the network support needed for streaming games, massive games like the PS3. Still, we have the Deluxe plan, a viable option that promises to bring many titles in the future. Before showing you how to upgrade projects, let’s answer some pertinent questions about the new PS Plus.

Why is the games catalog not complete?
Of course, you must have seen everywhere that we will have access to more than 400 titles, but when you check the lists, they are barely over 100. Especially the classic list, which promises more than 200 games; when we check it out, there are less than 20. Well, the answer to that is straightforward: we won’t have access to the complete list immediately. Games will be added later, and there may be differences by region. You’ll be able to get your hands on titles inside PS Plus, but that might take some time. We can only hope this process does not take too long, as the players are anxious.
It’s not like we don’t have excellent titles, like Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Ghost of Tsushima and Red Dead Redemption 2, and so many others that will please different audiences.
If you have any questions about pricing or the game catalog, we have a complete guide to the new PS Plus.

How to change the PS Plus plan via PS4?
If you use PlayStation 4, to change the plan, you will have to follow these steps:
When turning on the console, a new icon with the inscriptions PS Plus Games will be visible
Select the icon and click on the first option
Just choose which plan you want, as all three will appear
If the option is not available, look for PlayStation Store (which is usually the first icon)

Click on PS Plus
Select Choose your new level, and you will be able to upgrade your plan
In this tab, it will be possible to see the differences in values since your plan will be automatically changed to Essential
In this same tab, you can go further to the right and click on Game Catalog to check which games are available
If you go even further to the right, you can click on Classics Catalog to check the games in the Deluxe plan
You can also click on Game Reviews to find out which games are available to try (usually will be with Aloy’s image in Horizon: Forbidden West )
As usual, traditional PS Plus free games can also be seen in Monthly Games

How to change PS Plus Plan via PS5?
After turning on your PS5, look for the PS Plus icon, which will probably be the first.
Select the icon and then select Enhance (also the first option)
Just choose which plan you want (all will be available on the screen)
The game catalog, monthly games, and classics are visible after clicking on the first icon, as the PS5’s interface is much more intuitive and accessible than the PS4’s.

Resident Evil 8, Horizon, and other games Coming to PlayStation VR2

Games for PlayStation VR2 were already one of the main themes promised for the June 2022 State of Play, and Sony brought four new features, including a version of Resident Evil 8 that will please fans of the franchise. As if that wasn’t enough, we can also see a new trailer for Horizon Call of The Mountain, which takes place in the universe of Horizon, the Sony exclusive.

The Walking Dead also made its appearance, showcasing a walker-infested world in its new chapter, Retribution, and No Man’s Sky, bringing its interplanetary exploration.

List of games for PSVR2
Resident Evil 8: Village (2022)
Horizon Call of the Mountain
No Man’s Sky
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners Chapter 2: Retribution
All are exclusive to PS5. It will only be possible to play them with PlayStation VR (virtual reality) through the console. Horizon Call of the Mountain will be exclusive to PSVR2, but TWD will likely be available to PSVR as its release window is scheduled for this year, and PSVR2 won’t be released until 2023

Resident Evil 8: Village PSVR2

Fans already anticipated the version of Resident Evil 8 for PSVR2, especially after the previous game, RE7, won a version in virtual reality. Sony’s technology is expected to be released in 2023, so there’s no possibility of the game being released later this year.

Sony’s exclusive for PS5 has excellent graphics, and we can only wait to see if immersion in the technology will be as intense as they promise.

The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution

The game already had a teaser trailer released this year, but the State of Play brought more gameplay and news about the launch. It will be available in 2022 for PSVR and will be playable on PSVR2 in 2023, also being a PS5 exclusive.
We checked out the game’s graphics and more of its gameplay which feels quite immersive. It is likely to be more dynamic than the first chapter.

Horizon Call of the Mountain

Taking us to explore the universe of Horizon Zero Dawn in virtual reality, the exclusive for PSVR2 shows amazing graphics, climbing, machine fights, and lots of interaction with a rich scenery.

We will be able to use the classic bow and many other weapons throughout the game. You can see rivers and lakes in the trailer, so we’ll probably be able to swim. Among the environments shown are some tropical and forest, rocky, mountainous (which is the main proposal), and even glacial scenarios.

It is already evident that we will have a lot of parkour in the game, including long-distance jumps, climbing different (mostly mountains), zip lines, and much more.

No Man’s Sky

It’s a survival and exploration game, but with an interplanetary theme. We’ll pilot ships and mechas, discover new planetary systems, enter machine battles, etc.

The game has a proposal that is perfect to be explored through PSVR2, mainly because it is possible to drive ships in the first person, which must be a fantastic experience when we think about exploring the stars and the incredible freedom that the game gives from the start.

Minecraft: The Wild Update Launches With Warden, Frogs, and More

Minecraft: The Wild Update will be the next big update for the game and bring news like Warden, Allay, new biomes, frogs, and blocks. The update, which was announced during the Minecraft Live 2021 digital event and will be released on June 7, has become much anticipated after the delay of the Warden mob, which should have arrived with Caves & Cliffs. Minecraft: The Wild Update will be available for all Bedrock versions of the game on Xbox Series X / S, PlayStation 5 ( PS5 ), Xbox One, PlayStation 4 ( PS4 ), Nintendo Switch, Android, iPhone (iOS ), and Windows 10, as well as Java versions for PC, Mac, and Linux. See below for more details on the long-awaited update.

Minecraft Deep Dark
The new Deep Dark Biome is a shadowy area that lies below the base of the current caves and that has a problematic characteristic: absolute silence. After digging to this location, the player will have to move carefully not to activate the new sound-sensitive Shrieker blocks, which players in Redstone machines can use. If the Shrieker beeps four times, a new creature, the Warden, will be summoned. It is a powerful monster that will be difficult to face even with Netherite weapons and armor.

The only advantage players have over the Warden is that he has poor eyesight, guided by sound and smell. You can avoid him by making little noise or using arrows and other projectiles to distract him. These techniques only try to escape the Warden at first, but if the player tries to fight him, the creature will be more focused on combat and will no longer be fooled as easily.

These techniques only try to escape the Warden at first, but if the player tries to fight him, the creature will be more focused on combat and will no longer be fooled as easily.

The new Allay mob was added to the game through a user vote during the Minecraft Live event in 2021. It is a little blue flying creature that will accompany the protagonist’s Steve and Alex and will be able to collect specific items if given commands. They are also music lovers and will be able to hang around musical notepads.

Mangrove Swamp and Frogs
The new swamp biome Mangrove Swamp features a new type of tree called the Mangrove Tree, which has extensive roots that stick out of the ground as its main feature. The species also provides a new kind of wood that will generate new textures for all items crafted from it. This biome will also be possible to find the new Mud block, an essential item to create Mud Bricks. Crafting the new material will be pretty straightforward, as the recipe only requires Earth blocks and water bottles.

Frogs are new passive mobs that can appear with three different looks. The frog will be the first mob whose adult version differs from the baby, as tadpoles will have their representation and need water to develop. The player can feed them Slimeballs to make them breed. The frog can also eat Magma Cubes, enemies of the Nether, which will cause them to drop a glowing block called Foglight. The block’s color will depend on the type of frog that ate it.

Boat with trunk
A great new addition for adventurers is the new Chest Boat, which will allow the player to freely explore the waters, carry their items, and bring back the rewards of their adventure. The boat’s capacity is a single chest, with 27 spaces. In addition, unlike the traditional craft, which can take two people, the Boat with Trunk offers space for one passenger.

No fireflies
One of the promised news that ended up being canceled was the addition of fireflies (Fireflies) to Mangrove Swamp. The tiny glowing insects would light up the biome and serve as food for the frogs if they were added. However, the team backed out of the addition upon discovering that some fireflies could be poisonous to the animal. After the cancellation of this update, the developers commented that they have no plans to bring the bugs into the game themselves in the future.

According to Leak God of War could be among June’s PS Plus free games

As is usual, an alleged leak reveals what the new games will be on Playstation Plus in June 2022. While not necessarily guaranteed, there have been many occasions when these leaks have hit the nail on the head. The official day for the game will be on June 1, 2022, on a Wednesday so we will update the news until then with all the correct information.

PS Plus June: List of games
God of War
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl

The information comes from the Area Jugones portal, which leaves a lot of doubt in the air since the latest revelations have all been made by DeaLabs, who has hit it with reasonable accuracy.

It must be kept in mind that this is not the official announcement of the Playstation about the games, so it remains for us to wait until the correct day for Sony to comment and reveal the games available in June 2022.

Another factor is that games from platforms other than PS4 may be included, so this list may be incomplete, even if it is correct. It’s not uncommon for PS Vita, PS5, or Playstation VR-only games to be available on PS Plus.

God of War

The game is one of the great exclusive successes of Sony, one of the flagship franchises of the entire Playstation, containing many fans around the world. A new game in the franchise is scheduled for release in 2022. In addition, this game and the entire franchise will supposedly be available on the new PS Plus.
As if being available on the new PS Plus wasn’t enough, the game in question was also made available in previous months, so this wouldn’t be a catalog with games that were never available to subscribers. This situation has happened a few times with other games.
Now the god of war comes into contact with the Norse gods. The game’s story follows Kratos and his son in new lands after their adventures lived with the Greek gods. With a good reception from the public and critics, this game promises many adventures, plots, and fun.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker

It is an online game from the Naruto and Boruto universe, bringing different battle modes, such as capture the point, steal the flag, familiar combat and adventures, and team missions. You can create your character, learn jutsus from different masters, choose to be support, attack, or ranged, and accomplish a series of objectives.
The game is quite fun, but players complain about the lack of updates and not having new dynamics. Despite this, it can undoubtedly offer content until you evolve your character and reach better titles.
It’s a full plate for fans of the Naruto universe or even those who want to know. The gameplay is straightforward, and the team mode works well. You need to choose your role and enjoy the challenges.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl

A very tight game, bringing well-known characters to face each other in battles. SpongeBob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Korra, and The Legend of Aang are just some of the franchises included in the game.
It works in the style of Smash Brown, with each character bringing unique abilities and facing each other in very dynamic battles. It’s the kind of game that entertains kids to adults alike.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 aims to have a curious exclusive for PlayStation

It’s been months since we’ve had every possible leak on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and while Infinity Ward and Activision just made it official, we’re starting to get a good idea of the content they will offer.

In addition to what we already know as its new DMZ mode or the operators that we can find in the FPS, one of the most prominent Call of Duty leakers has made the critical information public, aimed mainly at PlayStation players.

Modern Warfare 2 should be compatible with PSVR2.
Yes, you read that right. According to the leaker who goes by RalphsVale on Twitter, Sony gamers, and more specifically PS5 gamers, could be enjoying Modern Warfare 2 via PSVR2, apparently at last.
According to RalphsValve, Infinity Ward has ambitious plans for Modern Warfare 2, including exclusive development for PlayStation VR2, with a standalone mode that ” would put fans in the shoes of a Tier 1 operator “. However, at the time of writing this article, the manufacturer Sony, although it has already announced the PS VR2, has not yet revealed the release date of its new headphones, but we could have news very soon through the State of Play planned this same Thursday.

Also, this is not the first time Infinity Ward has tried to launch virtual reality experiences, as it had already offered Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare – Jackal Assault players. According to cubed3’s review, this experience was a good showing and was very well received by VR gamers. However, Activision hadn’t tapped into its full potential and missed out on something that could have been huge.

Anyway, we will surely know more on June 2 during the next State of Play with, we hope, the announcement of this virtual reality project for Modern Warfare 2. However, RalphsValve clarified that the latter was still uncertain, so we have I take their words with a grain of salt anyway.

Will we have a beta?
According to the first information, several phases will be planned, with, as usual, an exclusive degree reserved for PlayStation players. As a reminder, Microsoft’s giant should buy Activision Blizzard in the coming weeks. Although the license will continue to appear on Sony consoles, this little exclusivity may well end.

PS Plus List of games for PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium

Sony has remodeled its subscription system, practically unchanged for many years. PlayStation Plus will now have three categories: Essential, Extra, and Premium, with the collections of games from the five generations of PS being the main attractions that will make you opt for the most expensive options.

This list of titles is the one that we have been able to know recently, but be clear that there will be changes for the launch and additions and exits every month, as in any subscription system. Around 400 PS4 and PS5 games will be available with Extra, while to get the 340 PS3, PS2, and PSX games (and some PS4 extras considered classics), you will have to go up to the Premium tier of the new PlayStation Plus.

Genshin Impact is finally preparing for the arrival of update 2.7 and the landing of a new character

Genshin Impact is finally preparing for the arrival of update 2.7 and the landing of a new character. Yelan is about to arrive in the game, and from HoYoverse, they wanted to offer us the possibility of having the first contact with her. As usual, the developers have created a small mini-game in the form of a web event to introduce the next significant five-star addition. This is The Key Clue, a miniature challenge in which we will have to find the culprit of leaking information from the Liyue Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Requirements, rewards, and how to complete the Yelan web event
The Key Clue web event has no Adventure Rank requirement and is available now and can be completed until May 31 at 8:00 p.m. CEST. As usual in web events, we can access it from the official Genshin Impact page, and all we need to play is to log in with our account. As for how it works, it is a mainly conversational challenge in which we have to deal with various suspects of having carried out the leak.

Admittedly, the Key Clue event has been confusing for some players, which is particularly true if we haven’t been paying close attention to the conversations between Yelan and the suspects. However, all we have to do is read the report of each of them and point out the keywords to carry out the accusation. The culprit is always the same, so you can quickly fix the event by accusing the Greedy Member of the Treasure Thieves.

The truth is that Yelan’s web event will not go down in history as one of the funniest in the game. However, once we have accused the Greedy Member of the Treasure Thieves, we will get some rewards that will be available almost immediately in the internal mail of the game, which will help us get a new character to promote him. Specifically, by completing The Ultimate Track, we will contact the following items for our Genshin Impact account:

Protogemas (x40)
Varunated Lazurite Fragment (x3)
Sea (x20,000)
Mystic Refining Ore (x2)
Note: Some players have experienced problems with the web event in its Spanish version, as they could not select all the tracks. In case you encounter the same issue, click on the world ball (top left) and change it to English to be able to select the keywords of the suspects.

Pokeclicker Autoclickers and scripts: 3 ways to avoid tendinitis

Did you finally get the idea to play Pokéclicker and find that your fingers and hand joints start to hurt from clicking? It’s normal, and the body is not made to withstand this. If you are not careful and play for many hours, you could even be at risk of tendinitis, a prevalent ailment among people who perform repetitive movements. And if you’re not ambidextrous, without the ability to switch hands to click from time to time, the pain can quickly become overwhelming. Here are three ways to avoid this and limit wrist pain.

Use a trick
It’s not a legitimate way, but it’s probably the best way, so you don’t have to click yourself. However, if you are a beginner, be aware that the browser game will automatically click if you leave it running in the background. The click speed will be the lowest and never as fast as your fingers.
Scripts like auto clicks allow you not to have to touch the mouse during the day if you need to (see below). Still, some more advanced scripts will enable you to cheat a bit more by tweaking game parameters like triple the speed of fights, improving the hatching system of eggs, increasing the gain of Dungeon Tokens, or even increasing the chances of finding rare Pokémon.
Significant cheats will allow you to get all of the game’s resources automatically, but, except for speedrun reasons, there isn’t any point in doing it in a “normal” game, and it would take a bit of the fun out of it.

Scripts and auto clicker to automate the game
With these open source tools, Pokéclicker is much easier. This is even highly recommended on Reddit and GitHub, two platforms where you can find many scripts to, for example, automate breeding and hatching your eggs, mining, or entering and fighting dungeons.
In short, it’s like leaving the game running as you normally would, but without worrying about having to come back every X minutes to check on your fossils, berries, bosses, and other eggs.

Hire someone to play for you!
We’re kidding, of course, but you can also save your game (primarily via Discord), export it, and import it to a friend’s computer who could play for you. This is particularly handy if you are away for a while. Note also that it is possible to play in your phone’s browser: this does not change the fact that you have to click relentlessly, especially in dungeons, but the position of your fingers will be different, and touching the touch screen could become more pleasant.
Either way, consider taking breaks and doing some joint exercises to limit the damage.

God of War Ragnarok Presents Accessibility options so that everyone can play

We are all waiting for the God of War Ragnarok release date as it is one of the most anticipated video games on PS5 and PS4. So, any news related to the adventures of Kratos and Atreus dazzles us. Now, we know an essential novelty that will help even more people to enjoy it.

Through the official PlayStation Blog, the accessibility options that the game will have been presented. To make it easier for everyone to read or control the characters, a variable interface has been added to make it more flexible and the ability to customize the combat system or interactions. We are going to collect all the additions that have been announced.

These are some of the novelties that have been incorporated in God of War Ragnarok to facilitate the control of the character and the game in general through accessibility:

Run/AutoRun: Tilt the joystick to start running and release it to stop. When activating the auto-run function, you will begin running by tilting the joystick in one direction for a short time. The time you must keep the joystick tilted is fully configurable.

Fixed point (grid always on): If you need more focus points to reduce motion sickness or a fixed reminder of the screen’s center, you can activate a center point in three sizes and seven colors.

Aim Style: You can choose to hold or press/release to aim.

Lock style: You can choose between long press or press/release to lock.

In addition, other functions have been added, especially to make it easier to read and adjust colors:

Size of subtitles and closed captions: We have increased the minimum size of the text and added more scaling options. This includes an extra-large text size to make subtitles and closed captions more readable. We’ve also allocated a larger text area in line with television and film subtitling standards.

Subtitle and closed caption colors: You can adjust the color of each speaker and the body of subtitles and closed captions separately. You can choose between seven different colors.

Caller Names: Similar to God of War (2018), you can choose to show or hide caller names. Also, you can control the size of this text independently of the UI text size.

Closed Captioning – We’ve expanded the closed captioning of sound effects to add new ways to understand what sounds in-game. We’ve added closed captions to both cut-scenes and normal gameplay to add more information to the world’s soundscape. You can also turn on closed captioning to receive crucial information to help you progress through the game through puzzles and narrative elements.

Background blur for subtitles and closed captions: We’ve included options to blur the background behind the text to make it more readable over complex scenes.

Subtitle Background – In this option inherited from the 2018 game, in addition to blur, we’ve included options to darken the background behind the text to make it more readable in environments like snow. This high-contrast background offers various opacity options.

Finally, the buttons can also be reassigned so that each user can change it in their way and make it easier for them to go, being able to customize the experience, even modifying the actions that need more than one button, such as unleashing the Spartan fury or even the turns rapid. Thus, you can take advantage of the touch panel to make it easier.

There will also be three types of high contrast to highlight the colors. In addition to auditory options to help elements that may go unnoticed:

High Contrast Activation Customization: This allows you to disable, enable, or always enable the option for normal gameplay only (this does not include cut-scenes). The way will automatically turn off when opening a settings menu or the character menu. You can also turn the high contrast mode on or off by swiping on the touchpad for added convenience.

High Contrast Color Customization: Select a color palette based on your playstyle and define specific colors for characters, enemies, and items.

High Contrast Background Customization: Independently adjust the contrast levels of the mid and dark tones in the background.

Navigation Assist: This new camera navigation system lets you orient your view towards the compass target. When not in combat, the navigation assist button will point your eyes in the direction of the following story objective.

Movement Assist – You can now automate actions like jumping over chasms, climbing over obstacles, or climbing walls based on the direction you tilt the joystick.

Extra Assist: Add interaction-based moves like climbing, crouching, or sneaking through gaps.

Auditory Cues – We’ve associated auditory cues with in-game interactions. When you use this feature, you’ll hear when an interaction icon is nearby or activates a button prompt.

The first game of the new formula debuts on Playstation Plus

As previously announced, Sony’s online subscription service, PlayStation Plus, will offer an all-new formula combining multiple features and split into three tiers. These changes to the service will be rolled out gradually in June to slowly extend to all countries with access to the subscription by the end of the first half of 2022. For the moment, we still do not know the games that will be added to these new tiers, but those days are now over.

First of all, it is essential to remember the difference between the three PlayStation Plus subscription models that will come into effect in the coming weeks. The ESSENTIAL tier ($11.99/ €8.99) includes the perks that current subscribers are used to, such as free monthly games, exclusive market discounts, in-game multiplayer access, and cloud access backup. Meanwhile, the EXTRA tier ($17.99/ €13.99) will offer a catalog of around 400 of the best PS4 and PS5 games that can be downloaded for offline access. Finally, the PREMIUM service ($21.99/ €16.99) will offer approximately 340 different games, including PS3 games available via cloud streaming and a catalog of great classics available to stream or download among PlayStation PS2 and PSP games. It will be possible for subscribers of this last level to access trial versions for a limited time.

Sony has confirmed the first games available for EXTRA and PREMIUM tiers. Many titles will be added as this new PlayStation Plus formula progresses. In addition, Ubisoft has confirmed (just like in the last few months with Xbox) that the Ubisoft+ subscription service will be available soon on the Japanese brand’s consoles. In the meantime, the publisher of French origin will offer several classics for subscribers of the two levels mentioned at the beginning of this paragraph. Here is the complete list:
